Position overview

As an Implementation Manager at Wise you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our software solutions to new customers. The ideal candidate will be an expert at managing cross-functional projects, ensuring product deliverables are met on time, and providing a seamless experience for clients during the onboarding process. You will also collaborate closely with the product, engineering and customer success teams to ensure customer requirements are met and compliance standards are upheld.

Job requirements

Implementation Management

● Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new customers, ensuring that the product is successfully configured, integrated, and deployed to meet the client's needs.

● Collaborate with the product team to define and document client requirements, ensuring clear and actionable deliverables.

● Monitor project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure milestones are met.

● Proactively manage any issues or risks during the implementation process to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Project Coordination

● Create project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

● Regularly update stakeholders on project status and progress.

● Facilitate regular project meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

● Ensure that all product deployments meet applicable regulatory and compliance standards.

● Work closely with the product team to stay up-to-date on any software updates, feature changes, or compliance-related issues.

Training and Support

● Facilitate training and onboarding sessions, with internal teams, for customers to ensure they are comfortable using the software and able to meet their goals.

● Where necessary develop and deliver documentation and training materials for both clients and internal teams.

Continuous Improvement

● Collaborate with the product team to identify areas for improvement in platform functionality and usability.
