Our team is growing and we’re looking for an innovative Product Owner who will be an ambassador, both internally and externally, for our incredible new products. We’ve got an exciting roadmap and we’re looking for people with hands-on experience in all stages of a product life cycle to help us achieve it. Job requirements

Sounds great right? However, I bet you’re thinking “but what skills do I need for this role!?”

Quite simply, we want to work with people who can overcome complex problems by making them look easy. We’re passionate about investing in people and below are some of the attributes you may already have:

● Approachable with excellent communication skills.

● Impeccable attention to detail.

● Enjoys representing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles.

● A passion for understanding customer needs and keeping up to date with them.

● Able to bridge the gap between business needs and development practicalities.

● A creative thinker who can regularly and clearly communicate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.


It would also be beneficial if you had any experience with:

● Scoping and defining workflows - translating them into requirements and functional specifications.

● Developing user stories - understanding, interpreting, and documenting user requirements.

● Prioritising user stories and arranging releases accordingly.

● Defining acceptance criteria and evaluating the level of success of the product.

● Ongoing product maintenance; feature requests and bugs

● Evolving the platform through continuous improvement

● Jira or other similar project management software

Salary range - £45,000 - £55,000
